Chuck Sellers uses his many years of experience to provide tax and business consulting services to companies in a wide range of industries, including venture capital, real estate, retail, petroleum and investment management funds.
He is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a B.S. in Accounting, 1973. His career in public accounting began that year with the Birmingham office of Ernst & Young where he served on the Audit and Tax staff. In 1977, Chuck joined Touche Ross & Company and in 1980 was promoted to Manager, responsible for the Tax Department of the Birmingham Office. He was promoted to Partner in 1982. Following the merger of Touche Ross with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in 1989, Chuck was made Partner in charge of tax services in Alabama for Deloitte & Touche (Birmingham and Mobile offices).
In 1991, he became a founding partner of one of our predecessor firms, Sellers, Richardson, Watson, Haley & Dunn.
